Multiple guests reported roach sightings, stains and hair on bedding, and lingering smells (cigarette, chemical, sewer, damp), though some reviewers did note rooms and bathrooms that were clean. Overall mixed with notable negative incidents.

Staff frequently described as friendly and welcoming (especially morning staff); several positive mentions of helpfulness. A few reports of rude or unhelpful front-desk interactions and slow check-in at times, but service sentiment is largely positive.

Consistently praised: convenient to Seaworld, shopping, restaurants, and the highway. Many reviewers highlight the excellent location as a primary positive.

Mixed reports: comfortable beds in some rooms but complaints of uncomfortable beds in others, low shower water pressure, smaller-than-advertised room size, damp smells, blinds/fixtures not working, and some worn/broken furniture.
