Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness and tidy rooms; overall housekeeping consistently noted as attentive.

Service and staff are repeatedly highlighted (many named employees, attentive reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff praised) — a clear strong point.

Location is repeatedly cited as excellent — close to Zócalo, metro and major sights; many guests found it very convenient.

Several guests complain rooms are very small/cramped, with twin beds rather than a large bed, tight spaces and some window/ventilation issues.
