Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Cleanliness

Generally reported as clean in lobby and public areas, several guests praised overall cleanliness, but at least one review mentioned cobwebs and spiders in the foyer indicating occasional lapses.

Service

Multiple comments note very polite and helpful staff and friendly front-desk service; however one incident with an unresolved long power outage and an unhelpful front desk lowered consistency of service.

Location

Consistently praised as central and very convenient (close to Catalunya, transport, shops and restaurants); repeatedly called a major strength of the hotel.

Room Quality

Many guests reported small or outdated rooms, issues with beds/mattresses, noisy rooms, broken outlets, poor drainage and inconsistent room sizes/quality across bookings.
