Mixed reports: several guests praised cleanliness, but multiple reviews mention poor cleanliness, room odors, thin/poor bathroom conditions and clogged drains—overall slightly below average.

Consistently praised across languages: staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and quick at reception, which is a strong positive in many reviews.

Many guests highlight very good public-transport links and proximity to U-Bahn/metro; a few mention the neighbourhood as less central or not clean but overall location is a clear strength.
