Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Groups

When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Cleanliness

Mixed mentions: generally acceptable bedding/linen but some guests noted cleanliness issues (room floor, used birthday items left in room) and water spreading from shower.

Service

Consistently praised: staff described as very friendly, professional, multilingual and attentive; multiple specific congratulatory mentions of reception, housekeeping, servers and porters.

Location

Repeatedly highlighted as a major strength: excellent location in Ipanema, very close to the beach, restaurants and amenities.

Room Quality

Mixed: comfortable beds and pleasant décor noted, but several guests reported very small rooms (limited luggage space), TV tuning problems and bathrooms/showers needing renovation.
