Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Sustainability Certifications

Property follows a brand or regulatory agency's sanitization guidelines ALLSAFE (Accor Hotels)

Cleanliness

Mixed reports — several reviews describe rooms as spotlessly clean while at least one review reports dirty rooms and signs of wear (chipped paint). Overall slightly below the target due to those negative reports.

Service

Generally praised as extremely friendly and accommodating (named staff Rosa and Ramona called out); many mentions of helpful reception and early check-in. One report of very rude staff but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.

Location

Consistently excellent — described as right in the heart of Brussels, steps from Grand Place and the central station, ideal for Christmas markets and sightseeing.

Room Quality

Mixed: some rooms described as modern, cozy and spacious with great views, while several guests report poor mattresses, small rooms, and signs of aging; overall room quality is below average because of mattress and wear complaints.

Amenities

Adequate but with limitations: seasonal no-AC policy (rooms can be hot), fans provided, free water refill at reception, but missing in-room tea/coffee facilities and some guests note limited in-room amenities.
